Pet Fee $350.00 for the 1st pet, $150.00 for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $30.00. 2 Pet limit. No weight restrictions.Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted.
Breed, size, weight and number limitations and fee and deposit requirements will not apply to assistance animals.
